The original work was completed in 25 volumes, 14 volumes on the Old Testament, 1 volume on the Apocrypha, 10 volumes on the New Testament; an added volume as an Index to the Old Testament, makes 26 volumes in all. The volume 2 of the New Testament on Mark and Luke in a digital public domain copy was not found; the German edition volume on Luke is given in its place along with Schaff's volume on Matthew, Mark, and Luke, untill such a time that a digital pdf copy of volume 2 is found or supplied.mjm.2009.
