Responses to Comments Environmental Impact Statement and Planning Guidelines The Letterman Complex
This document includes all of the substantive comments received through letters and public hearings following the release of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement and Planning Guidelines for New Development and Uses within the Letterman Complex in April 1999, and responses to the comments. This document, together with new analysis, information, and changes made in response to comments as reflected in the accompanying revised Draft EIS, will be filed as the Final EIS. The Final EIS is a supplement to the 1994 General Management Plan Amendment EIS, which itself analyzed the future of the Letterman Complex.
