Description:

Melinda Sordino busted an end-of-summer party by calling the cops. Now her old friends won't talk to her, and people she doesn't even know hate her from a distance. The safest place to be is alone, inside her own head. But even that's not safe. Because there's something she's trying not to think about, something about the night of the party that, if she let it in, would blow her carefully constructed disguise to smithereens. And then she would have to speak the truth.

OnRead has very BAD quality, ans the sentence are poorly constructed. Speak from OnRead has missing sentence, missing words, and is generally BAD. I rather read the Google Preview even it it's up to 15 pages, but then again it's is GOOD, and PERFECT and the real thing

Are you being threatened?" Someone grabbed the phone from my hands and listened. A scream--the cops were coming! Blue and cherry lights flashing in the kitchen- sink window. Rachel's face--so angry--in mine. Someone slapped me. I crawled out of the room through a forest of legs. Outside, the moon smiled goodbye and slipped away. I walked home to an empty house. Without a word.
