######################################################################################################## Please click on "SpamScams" in the keywords, to find more SPAM EXAMPLES My intention for uploading these items, is so future historians can look back to see the reasons for the demise of the worlds email system, or if the problem does get resolved one day, they will want to know what spam-scams was all about. Anybody wishing to upload their examples of social engineering type spam, (that is not spam selling a product like porn or medication) feel free to on the description page use the keywords >> Spam-Scams << as a means of linking together all the examples into one grouping ######################################################################################################## Spam-Scams are so obvious, I wonder about the mentality of people writing them, the spelling and unprofessional wording. And look at the senders email domains! You would think that if they were real, they would actually use their companies or agencys email address and server? At the same time, I wonder about the mentality of people handing over their life savings to such spam-scammers. Such messages are always too good to be true, so I reckon peoples greed for something for nothing, ensures they get taken in easily. The people being taken in should be wondering why they are so special in getting that one message promising millions, that one message that nobody else gets. Or, have they got that wrong? A million identical spam-scams are send out at one time, by one person or group, at very little cost to them, therefore just one or two people being taken in, handing over their savings, makes it all worthwhile, and means the problem will continue for ever and ever. Law Enforcement, Internet Service Providers etc, have been warning people for years, not only via the WWW, but also on television, radio and print publications, but still people are happily handing over their life savings. The billions and billions of spam messages travelling the internet are slowing everything else down and the spam filters are preventing more and more legitimate emails getting thru to their intended recipients, while at the same time, not filtering out all the spam. # It does not pay to open spam messages on your computer, as sometimes special coding is used, which signals back to one kind of scammer, that your email address is valid, he/she collects 10,000 valid email addresses, puts them on a CD, and sells the CD to other scammers at almost 100% profit. # I am using techniques that slightly more experienced computer users know about, to collect these spam-scams for the Archive. # Last note, never ever click on Unsubscribe in such spam emails, which just validates your email address, and puts you on even more spam mailing lists
