At the beginning of the story we can see a boy, who is living with his mother. Their home is situated in the northern part of England. He learns some information about the outlaws , who are situated in the forest from the government. So, he goes in the wood to let them know about it. Later the boy takes part in the siege of the castle and the main commander of the outlaws promises to take him as a knight.
This book is full of different adventurous stories and any lover of robin hood stories would certainly love it!
