The Other Daughter

A serial killer is executed without identifying the mother of his child. He murdered 6 or 7 small children. Now Melanie, the main character, is a 29 year old woman with a wonderful family who begins having flashbacks. She was adopted at age 9 but there is something suspicious about that adoption. Of course there is love interest with the FBI agent, and a loving godfather is involved also. From Texas to Boston, this novel is complicated but fun to keep up with. I had trouble putting it down to come to work.
